ce33 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ce33 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services accessible at ce33.io.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account with ce33 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the ce33 Platform, through which access to all gaming and betting services is provided.
• "Balance" means the sum of funds held in a Player's ce33 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit amount, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via an accepted payment method that are immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to verification requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staked amount placed on a casino game outcome, live dealer game outcome, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers that must be completed before Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ce33 prior to processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required by ce33's internal compliance procedures.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which these Terms & Conditions apply.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the ce33 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ce33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings or balances accumulated by an underage Player will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ce33 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. ce33 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it actively serves.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a functioning email address. You must notify ce33 immediately of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected].

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ce33 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ce33 uses technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ce33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ce33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ce33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact ce33 support immediately.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

ce33 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address issued within the preceding three months. ce33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ce33 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The Account will not be closed solely due to inactivity, but the Player is encouraged to log in to prevent the application of maintenance fees.

3.3 Account Currency

All Account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ce33 does not hold balances in foreign currencies. Payment method conversions, where applicable, are performed at the rate set by the relevant payment processor, not by ce33.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ce33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank. ce33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 60 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Withdrawals to bank cards may take up to 3 business days. ce33 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted where the Account has passed KYC verification. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, Real Money Funds deposited may be subject to the withdrawal conditions attached to that bonus until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. ce33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider while funds are present in or have been wagered via your ce33 Account constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ce33 reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the reversed amount from any remaining balance, and pursue recovery through appropriate channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by ce33 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to a specific bonus will be stated in the promotional terms for that offer. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate towards the Wagering Requirement — the contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ce33 monitors all Account activity for indicators of bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, are all prohibited. ce33 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Players may not hold or activate more than one bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in the cancellation of one or more of those bonuses at ce33's discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game & Market Availability

The range of games and betting markets available on the ce33 Platform may change from time to time. ce33 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any game or market without prior notice. Any wagers placed on markets that are subsequently suspended prior to their settlement will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

ce33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are accepted only when a confirmation reference is generated and displayed within the Platform. Bets placed during a period of connectivity failure or technical error may be voided at ce33's discretion.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error, ce33 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return staked amounts. Any winnings resulting from an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect paytables, or game software faults — will not be honoured and will be voided. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

6.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the competition in question (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). Results used for settlement purposes are final once confirmed by ce33's trading team, even if subsequently revised by the governing body for non-sporting reasons.

6.5 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at ce33's discretion during the course of a live event. Odds on live markets fluctuate in real time. Once a live bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference generated, the odds at time of acceptance are locked and apply regardless of subsequent market movement.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce33 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers on the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or generate guaranteed risk-free profit.
• Any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account management.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

7.2 Enforcement

ce33 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ce33 may act without prior notice and without obligation to disclose the specific evidence or methodology used to reach its determination. Decisions made under this section are final and binding.

8 Privacy & Data

ce33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ce33.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ce33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

ce33 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to ce33 staff in plain text.

9 Responsible Gaming

ce33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The following tools are available to all verified Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is prevented until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when they have been active on the Platform for a specified length of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support at [email protected]. Temporary exclusions may be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced on all ce33 products and services. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ce33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from the Player's own decisions regarding wagering, game selection, or bankroll management.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors beyond ce33's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

ce33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ce33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. In the event of a Platform interruption affecting an in-progress wager, ce33's liability is limited to the return of the staked amount for that wager.

11 Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ce33 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account (subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending withdrawal restrictions) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

11.2 Termination or Suspension by ce33

ce33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; a Player is found to have provided false registration information; or ce33 is required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. Where an Account is closed by ce33 due to a breach of these terms, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

12 Amendments

ce33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ce33 will provide notice to registered Players via their Account email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login. The amended Terms & Conditions will specify the date from which they take effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through ce33's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant competent authority. ce33 operates its internal complaints process as the first point of dispute resolution; Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] in the first instance before pursuing any formal proceedings.

ce33's internal complaints process is available to all registered Players. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a clear description of the matter in dispute. ce33 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.
